The Story
After a global escalation in science and military technology, the world powers engaged in a catastrophic war. Nuclear explosions altered Earth’s atmosphere, and massive solar storms destroyed all electronic systems. Most of the planet flooded, leaving survivors with only medieval-level resources to endure the harsh new world.
Developed by AudioWander, Life in Nature is a fully 3D spatial audio multiplayer game specifically designed with accessibility in mind for blind and visually impaired players. In this unforgiving world, survival is your only goal.
Survive the Wild
Every step you take matters. You must carefully manage your Health, Energy, Hunger, and Thirst. Gather wood to build fires, hunt wild animals like bears, boars, and wolves, butcher their meat, and cook it on a skillet or spit. Find fresh water, boil it in a handmade clay pot, and make tea to restore your energy. But beware—falling from heights, animal attacks, or severe hunger will slowly drain your life.
Deep Crafting System
With electronics gone, you must rely on your hands. Gather raw materials from the earth to craft essential tools. Combine items in your hands to weave fishing nets, forge swords and crossbows, or build a sturdy wooden shelter to protect yourself. From a simple stone spear to a complex boat to cross the oceans, everything is built from scratch.
Explore Unique Maps
Navigate entirely by sound and compass directions (North, South, East, West). Explore diverse environments including the Central Valley, dense Bear and Rain forests, scorching deserts, snowy mountain peaks, and deep oceans. Dive underwater to collect oysters or explore hidden caves. Listen closely to your environment—the sound of your footsteps and the ambient noise will guide you.
Challenging Quests & Puzzles
Embark on dangerous quests like "The Lost Miner", "A Curious Bloom", or "The Coral Crown". Jump across perilous chasms, climb steep cliffs, dive into deep underwater tunnels, and search for lost notes and ancient treasures hidden across the world.
Multiplayer & Combat
You are not alone in this ruined world. Meet other survivors, trade resources, and communicate via radio. If you feel brave, activate "PK Mode" (Player Kill) or join or create pk arenas to engage in high-risk, high-reward PvP combat using swords, shotguns, and shields. Team up with trusted friends to hunt dangerous predators or survive the deadly PK map.
