I have used this for years and while it is reliable and has many features it has gradually become less and less intuitive. Despite having spent a lot on maps I am now looking for an alternative app. Even simple actions like searching for one of my own routes is clumsy. And I find it really annoying that it is constantly trying to sell me more routes and maps. I could supply a long list. Viewranger, if I want to buy something I'll go look for it. You would think that after years of regular use that by now I would be expert, but the opposite has been happening. Have gone gradually from great fan to disappointed.
Brilliant Followed grey lines as they were public rights of way so made a 5 mile walk in the middle of nowhere a doddle. True lifesaver.
Excellent. Used when walking in the Lake District and it warned me when I was going off my route. Easy to plan routes online and then sync with my phone.
The live right across the street from the ramapo state park, yet it can only find one trail within a 10 mile radius. These are state marked trails that have been here forever. There's over 20 within 2 miles of my house.
Well impress as it does exactly what it says well done to the developers
This is an amazing app for all outdoor activities. I use it for mountain biking along with opencycle maps 'made available offline'. The online account manager will help you make the best trail on your computer (import gps, edit) and it gets readily synced with the phone. Mount it on your bike and pointer to the next way point will guide you effortlessly. I found the buddy tracking not that user friendly, i still couldn't figure out!
