Loved it when i could access it! The app kicked me out over 2 weeks ago. I changed my password without issue, but I never get a verification code to get back in the app. No one in support has helped me.I am just getting the run around. They keep asking me the same questions over and over. Do they even have a ticketing system for issues? I am so irritated. One of the reasons I chose this lock was the ability to open the door with my phone.

App is buggy, delays in status updates and doesn't show you if what you tried to do was successful, like adding a user. Also, why are "door left open" and "door closed" in 2 completely different notification categories, with 2 different icons? One is a gray circle, the other is a yellow sunburst. So obviously they don't stack. That's just stupid.

Finicky, buggy, confusing UI. It's obvious the people who created this app don't use it regularly. I spent several hours trying to update my personal entry code, because it kept giving me unknown error. I had to clear data and cache for the app to work. Really? I also have to constantly sync door sensor because it can't tell if my door is ajar, locked or unlocked.
