Im a locksmith, who installed and setup on the first time a setup in my office. Went home and did the same with my residential lock. Now im setting it up to work with my honeywell lyric home security system. I have found no problems with lock or setup.
1/16/18 - AGRHHHHH!!! YOU HAVE ONE JOB AUGUST... Open and lock my door! Whyyyyy is this so difficult??? 1/16/17 - I'm not sure what happened with the last update, but my lock is unlocking at random times in the middle of the night! Obviously the danger is clear here. Please fix this or let me know how to fix as soon as possible.
This product is absolute garbage. I'm not even going to try to sell it. It's 200$ for the door and connect and it's going in the trash where it belongs
Pretty useless. It never opens the door when I'm getting close to home. Half of the time it can't connect to the door and asks to "repair connection", afterwards it connects, but it's been a good 2 minutes already, I could have used the real key and it would have been faster. The app discharge the battery like there is no tomorrow, especially by pooling the GPS too agressively. TLDR: Not Good!
They have been hard at work making this app work properly both on Android and iPhone. I too had issues on the app in the past but recently it has become 100% reliable. thank you so much to the Developers for listening and finally making this the app that it could be
1) *Every* time I open the app I need to hit the in app wifi icon for it to connect and once I do it takes 8+ seconds to connect to the lock. 2) I can't unlock via the Google assistant, which is really annoying. 3) perhaps the most annoying thing is that when you lock your door through the assistant, it 100% of the time asks me if I want to check the status of the lock... Why not just tell me if something went wrong and not ask me follow-up questions 100% of the time? Will improve the rating as these are fixed.
