Please add an option to pay for QR tickets using the balance from the linked Metro Smart Card, along with UPI payments. Many times we forget to carry the physical metro card, but we always have our phone with us. Since the card is already linked in the app, allowing deductions directly from its balance will make the experience smoother and more user-friendly.

Balance shown on card is incorrect. The last update has made the UI much better but some features were dropped. My card balance does not show up correctly. Even in the previous version this was the case but at least I could refresh it to see the latest balance. Now I do not see the refresh feature at all.

Dear User, Thank you for your suggestions. The refresh button will be added in the next update. Until then, you can refresh by tapping the three dots → Card Top-up Status → Refresh icon.

Updated version is not showing card balance properly,In the last version there was a refresh option. Adapt that feature in the latest as well. Regarding the above concern, I sent a mail to BMRC.There is no no- reply from. This shows the poor service as well.
