I've always had issues with this app's usability, but now it's just pissing me off. 99.9% of the time I try to use it, I get error messages regarding rewards, adding items to cart, and even checking out. "Something went wrong" or "Could not locate ____". Every. Single. Time. I can never use this app, so I may as well free up the space on my phone.

the app is okay. i have learned not to trust the estimated available time. I like the birthday classic pretzel away, altgough i missed in my last birthday. The most reason for me giving low rateing and not too use this, is the addition charge of "service fee" for using the online ordering. i will only use this app when there is a long line and I have to buy them. I feel this charge makes me choosing other venders more.

It's pretty ****ing stupid that we, the consumers, are paying for the location's fee for the app. Don't care that it's only a few cents per order. I don't see any other app charing customers to lift that burden off a franchise. Most corporate fast food places don't allow franchises to charge like that. So yeah, I closed the app and didn't bother placing an order.
