Halloween is so much fun. Excellent variety of many high quality sounds, spooky animal sounds, screams, piano and violin instrumentals, ghosts, bad weather, a few sounds and themes from horror movies, and more. Easy to use. Free and adds aren't too intrusive and easy to exit. I've tried many spooky sounds apps. This is the Best that I've tried by far. It requires permissions to save and set the sounds on your phone. Put the sounds on your phone then delete the app if you want.

I was trying to find ringtones for my landlord and my mean neighbor. I looked for 2 hours straight through all kinds of apps. I really liked this one. Especially because it offers the option to choose what contact you want the ringtone for. Then I went into editing my contact and made the notification sound also the same as the scary ringtone. I was able to uninstall this app and still keep the sounds. I was having trouble finding an app 2 work with your contacts and not just personal phone.

I've spent hours going over different scary apps. Lots of them duplicate sounds from other apps. this one has the most I've ever seen. Some of them are under different name but same sound. I look for sounds that don't begin shatteringly loud or abrasive and lots of these are that however there's some great music which is what I wanted for my ringtone. I like that you can start any that you like so you can remember which ones you have downloaded.
