I love the simple yet useful feature that reminds you to take deep breaths through the day. It helps me take a step back from my busy schedule and to calm my nerves before it gets the better of me. Too bad you can't replay the meditation clips as many times as you want on the same day it's featured. Would be very useful if someone needed more than just 3min to feel better again. Overall it's a great app!
I love it! Thank u so much for this app! But it Crashes alot! Sometimes I Can't even select the channel I wanna listen to until after I click on meditate now and complete a random meditation session, by which point I don't have the time to do another session from the channel I wanted.. Plz update app with bugfixes. Otherwise this is THE BEST meditation app I've ever had.
I wish the free version didn't limit the amount of times you can listen to saved meditation during a day. The programs are brief, just a few minutes, and are more geared towards affirmation than mindfulness in my opinion.
There's a lot of comments on here about the free version. I paid for the subscription and I can tell you it is worth it. It's simple, easy to use, and the small features make this. I stopped using it for a few days and the makers did a check in with me through email. Love the team, the message, and the app. <3
Hey, I meditate on my own. But I just found out that you can't even use the free 3 min meditations on aura whenever you want. That's really bad. You should be able to meditate whenever you want. Even in the free version
I like this app a lot. It gives you daily reminders for mediation and the different channels offer different types of sessions. So there should be something that resonates with anybody. I was disappointed about the free version however. It advertised to give you one 3 min mediation per day but that didn't work every day, when my daily reminder came up. For a good experience you need to buy a membership. Also It would be nice to have a way to communicate with other users of the app on an optional basis.
