This session is design to speed up the brain and act like a “mental workout”, increasing electrical activity and blood flow to the brain, speeding it up, even promoting new dendrite and synapse growth.
Research shows that speeding up the brain is highly effective in treating ADD/ADHD. This session can greatly increase cognitive abilities, enhance memory, increase focus and mental speed.
Do it the healthy way...
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD or ADHD) causes difficulty in focusing and concentrating. It is estimated that 8 million adults in the United States alone have ADHD.
People affected by this ADD tend to be inefficient, easily distracted, impulsive, emotionally unstable and with low self esteem.
When people with ADD are engaged in an activity, their brainwave frequencies stay at lower levels. ADD is in a group of disorders labeled “slow-wave”, as the brain has an overabundance of slower brainwave patterns.
The brain is capable of producing four main frequencies of waves. The highest frequency is the beta – that’s what we use when we are focused on an activity. And that’s the brain wave that doesn’t necessarily appear for those with ADD/ADHD.
1) Choose a quiet place which is free of disturbances.
2) Keep the body in a comfortable and relaxed state free from any strain or stress. If possible, wear non-restrictive clothing such as pajamas, or if in the office, loosen belts and ties.
3) Choose a comfortable position.
4) Remove contact lenses and any accessories.
5) Do not undergo treatment on an empty or bloated stomach.
6) Do not undergo treatment while under the influence of alcohol.
7)The process of hypnosis is effortless, what need to do is simply follow and concentrate on the instruction.
8) Do not listen to the hypnotic music while driving, cycling or walking.
9) People with a history of epilepsy or mental diseases should not undergo this treatment.
10) For best results, each period of treatment should last for at least 30 days, with a fixed time each day for focused listening. Unless used as a sleep aid, it is discouraged to schedule a hypnotic session before bedtime, as the music may induce sleep.
If so, please pay attention.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is becoming one of the most diagnosed disorders among children and even adults these days.
Many years ago, the acronym ADHD was virtually unheard of. When you get the word that you or your child has ADHD, you might feel overwhelmed wondering where you can turn for information on how to deal with this new thing in your life.
There have been as many as 750,000 children in America diagnosed with ADHD. Some say the actual number is much, much higher. Adults who are being diagnosed have probably been suffering with the disorder for years without being able to put a “finger” on what exactly has made them act the way they do.
ADHD is NOT a disease. It is not an incurable illness.
ADHD is a disorder that can be controlled and dealt with in positive, healthy ways. But in order to effectively control the behaviors that accompany ADHD, you need to know what exactly you are dealing with.
While many studies indicate the ADHD is genetically inherited, that has nothing to do with why your child has this disorder.
Actually, once a diagnosis is made, most parents feel a sense of relief that they finally know what’s wrong with their child. Once you know what you’re dealing with, you can start arming yourself with coping techniques.
So what will you learn in this book? Here’s a little sneak peek:
★ The advantages and disadvantages of medication
★ What behaviour changes need to be made
★ How families can cope with an ADHD person
★ How to parent an ADHD child
★ Building your ADHD child’s self-esteem
★ Why your child is so angry and how to defuse that anger
★ And MUCH MORE!
This book offer over 22 tips on how to address this disorder and overcome the symptoms that are holding you or your child back from realizing full potential.
With this book, you will learn how to teach your child to better understand the diagnosis of ADHD and why they are acting the way they are.
You will learn how you, as a parent, can encourage different behaviour that will not only help your child cope, but change too.

* WHAT ARE BINAURAL BEATS ? "
The Binaural Beats were discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove, and earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims that binaural beats help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other desirable mental states. The effect on the brainwaves depends on the difference in frequencies of each tone, for example, if 300 Hz was played in one ear and 310 in the other, then the Binaural beat would have a frequency of 10 Hz.
You can find a more complete description on the dedicated wikipedia page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binaural_beats).

✔ The details about what ADD is
✔ That for different people it manifests in different ways

Attention Deficit Disorder is what ADD stands for. You may have heard of it being called ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It’s really a common term for what I like to call creative people. It’s a term to describe people who have trouble with focus, organization, prioritization, and who tend to get distracted often.
You might have heard things growing up like, “Why can’t you just sit still? Pay attention. You can focus when you want to. Why do you leave half finished things all over the house? Why do you leave the cabinets open?” These are all characteristics of people who have Attention Deficit. Or, in the case of Tellman and I, we’re not interested in putting labels on people.

Are you using your smart phone or tablet in the late evening? Twilight may be a solution for you!
Recent research suggests that exposure to blue light before sleep may distort your natural (circadian) rhythm and cause inability to fall asleep.
The cause is the photoreceptor in your eyes, called Melanopsin. This receptor is sensitive to a narrow band of blue light in the 460-480nm range which may suppress Melatonin production - a hormone responsible for your healthy sleep-wake cycles.
In experimental scientific studies it has been shown an average person reading on a tablet or smart phone for a couple of hours before bed time may find their sleep delayed by about an hour.
The Twilight app makes your device screen adapt to the time of the day. It filters the flux of blue light emitted by your phone or tablet after sunset and protects your eyes with a soft and pleasant red filter. The filter intensity is smoothly adjusted to the sun cycle based on your local sunset and sunrise times.
Get more from Twilight
1) Bed reading: Twilight is more pleasant on the eyes for night reading. Especially as it is able to lower the screen backlight far below the ability of the backligt controls on your screen
2) AMOLED screens: We have tested Twilight on an AMOLED screen for 2.5 years without any sign of depletion or over-burning. If properly configured Twilight causes less light emission (by enabling dimming) with more equal light distribution (dark areas of the screen such as the status bar get tinted). This may in fact increase your AMOLED screen life time.
Basics on circadian rhythm and the role of melatonin
- location - to find out your current sunset/surise times
- running apps - to stop Twilight in selected apps
- write settings - to set back-light
- network - access smartlight (Philips HUE) to shield you household light from blue

Fortunately, there are skills you can learn to help get your symptoms of ADD/ADHD under control. You can improve your daily habits, learn to recognize and use your strengths, and develop techniques that help you work more efficiently, increase organization, and interact better with others. In fact, adults with ADD/ADHD often have to find very smart ways to compensate for their disorder.
MYTH: A health professional can solve all my ADD/ADHD problems.
FACT: Health professionals can help you manage symptoms of ADD/ADHD, but they can only do so much. You’re the one living with the problems, so you’re the one who can make the most difference in overcoming them.
MYTH: ADD/ADHD is a life sentence—I’ll always suffer from its symptoms.
FACT: While it is true that there is no cure for ADD/ADHD, there is a lot you can do to reduce the problems it causes. Once you become accustomed to using strategies to help yourself, you may find that managing your symptoms becomes second nature.

The aim of this application is to improve the impairment of cognitive impairments in children with ADHD, such as attention, perceptual reasoning, inhibition, calculation, and verbal fluency. According to research conducted in ADHD, regular cognitive training can improve core symptoms of ADHD.
The Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Trainer is a cognitive training application designed for children with ADHD. The ADHD Trainer is adapted from another cognitive training technique; The TCT Method (Tajima Cognitive Training), which was developed by Dr. Kazuhiro Tajima-Pozo, an expert psychiatrist in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD.
The TCT Method is a daily cognitive training therapy that entails multiple cognitive tasks. The TCT Method trains cognitive areas such as attention, memory, calculation, reasoning, and visuomotor coordination.
The poor completion rate of cognitive training therapies presents a major hurdle to treat cognitive deficits in children with ADHD. Children with ADHD often evidence a lack of motivation, as exhibited through avoidance of tasks requiring mental effort.
Unlike many other cognitive training therapies, The TCT Method attempts to "entertain," while challenging cognitive training is performed, creating an optimal level of motivation for children with ADHD.
The TCT Method of cognitive training entails children to play “games” for 70 minutes per week or 280 minutes per month.
Dr. Kazuhiro Tajima-Pozo is a childhood and adolescent psychiatrist, and expert in ADHD disorders. He completed his academic training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, New York. Dr. Tajima-Pozo has received several awards for his research in ADHD.

For students of all ages from kindergarten to college who want to learn faster and remember more.
This listing program was developed for students to enhance learning, memory and concentration when reading and studying. It is designed to be used as a background sound during study, but has also been shown to improve sleep and increase classroom focus when repeated throughout the night.
The music in this program is written at 60 beats a minute known as a biorhythmic beat.
This recording contains subliminal messages, brainwave cycle entrainment using output and theta tones described below.
What is subliminal?
The word "subliminal" refers to information perceived below the level of conscious awareness. The messages provided by-pass conscious mind and go directly to the subconscious. This is the main reason subliminal recordings can be very helpful.
Iowa State University found that biorhythmic music alone speeded up learning by 24% and increased memory retention by 26%.
Purdue University found and reported there seem to be more “magic” in music than anticipated when integrated into the learning process.
Queens College in New York reported an almost impossible sounding research experiment which stated that; by giving the subliminal message to students of ”Mommy and I are one”
Dr. Kenneth Parker, a psychologist at Queens College in New York. An article in the Journal of Counseling Psychology, Volume 29
• Study on the ability of subliminal messages to influence academic performance.
• 60 college students were enrolled in an undergraduate summer session law course with the experimenter-instructor for 6 weeks. In addition to the normal course of instruction, all subjects received visual subliminal stimulation before 3 out of 5 lectures each week.
• Subjects exposed to subliminal messages earned significantly higher grades than the control group.
• “Reading improves, math scores went up, homework compliance was better and general behavior outside the classroom shaped up.”
The audio track starts with subliminal Alpha tones to entrain the brain to enter into the relaxed alpha cycle creating a calm relaxation. A subliminal theta tone is added in the middle of the program to create the hypnagogic state. A learning phase we naturally inter as we fall asleep.
The following suggestions repeat continually during the playing of this audio track: Mommy and I are one, every day I am better and better, every day I am more confident, I am loved, I am smart, I am worthy, I am confident, I have confidence in me, I am worthy to be that which I want to be, every day I have more confidence.
We change our lives by changing our thoughts both consciously and subconsciously. By changing our thoughts we change the chemical and electrical responses of the brain. The brain’s chemical responses enter our cells through their receptor sites which aids in the changing of our behaviors.
We truly can change who we are by changing how we think about who we are.
