You will receive push notifications on your job status keeping you up to date on the progress of your booking. Booking is easy with the option of selecting your map position or simply typing in a street name or postcode.

I got told by one of their drivers that street cars were better and cheaper than uber. yet, when I booked them in advance for an early morning trip to catch a train... they were running 15 minutes behind and even after I called them, they still couldn't get anyone over for another 10 minutes. booked with the other company and they showed up in 4 minutes. what a total waste of a company.

Let down on both occasions and even charged for the bad experience!!! I gave StreetCars second chance after being let down by them on my first attempt. like many other reviewers I tried booking well in advance for a airport journey. The taxi didn't arrive and I couldn't contact them. I did then get an update saying my taxi was 8 mins away and I could see location. This remained at 8 minutes as the taxi was not moving towards me. After 15 minutes I cancelled and was charged £22 for the experience

Good app but needs some improvements. The issue is it doesn't automatically put the charge through on as a debit/credit card so you end up booking it and then being asked for cash once they've dropped you off. Payment cards should be the default setting and then give you the option for cash if you want. Also, I've had to claim refunds when I've had to cancel a trip due to no driver picking me up at the airport
