I switched off marketing notifications in the app, but I was still receiving them. I'm unable to save my full home address as when I look it up in the app, there are no numbers listed. I've ordered taxis successfully, but one time the car didn't turn up, and when we phoned, we were told it was because my address wasn't complete.

Can't keep to pre-booked appointments. No notice of running late (edit: notice of running late comes 10 minutes after the pre-booked time). Apparently it's ok to be over 15 minutes late without any form of apology. Not having a driver near my location shouldn't have anything to do with assigning a driver to pick me up at the required time. absolute joke of a taxi company.

Terrible. Insists on booking a journey immediately when I'm trying to book days ahead. Can't cancel or go back. I think there was a previous app that was better.
