the app is really good in terms of it working and the ability to see where cars are and eta. it gets location from phone so its as good as that, but you can manually enter the location if you wish. and if need be add notes for driver. all that is great and does exactly what I need. but... on my phone (S8+) the app drains battery like crazy and the phone constantly reports app misbehaving in maintenance pages (battery) and logs show 11 crashes in one day, even when not using app.

App frequently doesn't work. Often cab arrives before app shows it has even been allocated. Clunky, slow and unreliable. Whereas the actual taxis are good and the drivers always friendly. With Uber now often available, the poor app will cost them business because of the poor quality of the KingKabs app.

Whenever I have used the wrong card and went back to book a taxi with the correct one it no longer let's me make any bookings. Happened with the previous version too and its very frustrating. Please fix it. There are other ways of preventing spam bookings like with a captcha.
