TOURISTS...this is the App you will need in Sofia. I hear that many Taxi's don't take credit cards - so this one allows you to book in real time (or in advance) on this app and enter a saved credit/debit card for Payment (no tapping in the Taxi after the trip is completed). Once I made the booking on the App I had to enter the CV code for my card - which I actually didn't mind as it gave me peace of mind! All estimated prices shown. Simple to use! Everything was in English on the App.

Awful and misleading! Not the drivers fault, but when we were booking a car there are no options to select any bigger vehicle. So when the car came, it couldn't fit our 3 suitcases and a stroller, even though the app states that each car can fit 4 people and 4 suitcases. So we were left out in the snow to figure out alternative ways to get to our flight. Not recommended to use if you have luggage!

My latest experience was very disappointing. After a musical event there were 5 cars of the company outside the hall available and all of them refused to give me a ride according the regulated price but twice more and the tax meter off. Then i decided to use the app but it couldn't find an available car no matter i see 5 of them flashing green in front of me. Then i called an operator and the lady said the same - no cars available in my area. Scammers like most. CB 8562 XE was one of the plates.
