Reliable till date, staff is not updated according to the service provided by the company, can trust this device in hard times
After-sales service is extremely extremely poor. The call centre people dont have teletalk manners. They sound rude while interacting. The update of positiin if vehicle is not shown at the running time. Often shows position before hours. No resolving of issues even after repeated requests. Very unprofessional. They dont care to enquire if the problem is solved ir not. I never would recommend autocop. Go for some other GPS.
After sales service is PATHETIC to say the least. I have problem with device since 2 months and every time some new technician calls but never visits. The worst thing about Customer Support is they don't track whether the service request is closed or not
Pathetic service. There speed alerts don't work. They run away from visiting site and have engineers that try and.convince you that uslaly clients don't use all features...how lame
From last few days I am not able to get live status of the vehicle. I have uninstalled and reinstall the application several times but it is not working. Very poor after sale service.
