Ratings and reviews

Visitor registration is easy and the notification when they arrive is convenient. Please consider adding a button for residents to press to open the gates for their own entry when the license plate reader does not capture a registered plate. Almost everyone in my complex has to wait at the gate and troubleshoot positioning our car in the exact spot to read the plate with no way of manual entry via the app.

Never works. I'm stunned to see why the app even exists. The door never recognizes the action to open the door. I've to either wait for another car, or dance with my 2 different phones, to try to find an angle that maybe works, and the angle is never consistent either. Getting into my own apartment complex is a chore.

Logs me out every single day! The app is helpful in requesting my car from valet, but each morning I have to enter the location code and my phone number and then enter a code they send me, just to log back in so I can hit a button to request the car. It didn't used to do this often, but the latest update seems to have made it a piece of junk.
