Naggy Insists on telling me where my truck is parked, always...I can see it from my window, I know where it is! Also complains when I break 70, which is oftentimes necessary for my own safety on some highways with agressive drivers.
Was expecting more. I've been a Dash (app) user for some time and changed to Automatic expecting more than what I had with Dash and I am quite disappointed. No metric support (I know, Automatic is still officially US only, but still, metric should be integrated from start if you wish to go international), no live view data (just a summary at the end of the drive?), doesn't give much info, the OBD connector is mostly useless for any other apps (seems to be more compatible on iOS)... I'll go back to Dash and hope this get update
Live data? Still waiting 3 months later. And probably will be another 3 and so on. I bought the 2nd Gen adapter about a year ago because it was going to supposedly be updated soon for the live data apps. I doubt that's going to happen on android. But I hope you prove me wrong.
My AUTOMATIC continues to impress me 1 year later. APP gets regular updates and support My AUTOMATIC paid for itself with it's first use. My local auto repair shops charge $100 for a check engine light diagnosis. I was able to read, diagnose and clear the indicator myself. I used this feature of my AUTOMATIC a few more times over the past year saving $100 each time. My AUTOMATIC gives me info my 2000 GMC pickup can not provide: Logging of trip details automatically for tax records. MPG & fuel costs for each leg of a trip. Start/End points and Date/Time for each leg. No space to list more
Errors Constant errors, fails to upload trips. Fails to locate position, app hangs and crashes.
It Worked for a While Trip captured for a while on my S7. No more. Great when it works.
Bug: Fixed a bug in trip processing handling
Improvement: Improved upload reliability
