Just got ripple fiber service doesn't extend as well as xfinity. In my home, I get poor service in my back family room. I also get drop service 10 times in 2 hours, constantly dropping service for 30 seconds, sometimes up to a minute, but constantly dropping service allday long. I would wait if I were you if you're thinking about getting ripples service until they get their bugs fixed. Knowledge of technician was not so great. He told me that cat5 is better than cat6. FALSE.

I've had the app for 2 days and it just flat out doesn't work. When I log in, I receive the error message,"Server error. please try again." The app is just a waste of spaceon my already crowded phone.

Terrible app. Can't log in. It suggested to reset password, waiting for reset link via email that is never received.
