Couldn't get this app to work after initial install - lack of mobile signal in NEC meant app just wouldn't load so couldn't find suppliers etc, guess it needs to be online to work - my sister said the paper catalogues we used to get were better! I only installed after being pestered by emails every 10 minutes 😒

Worked for the first few hours with absolutely no problems. Very easy to use, and the map section, with a 'You are Here' pinpoint and directions was very helpful. Now it keeps crashing after about 30 seconds. I'm going to reinstall it and try again 🤞🏻

No support. My team doesnt correspond to the one I've set up in the app. Tried calling and no one answers the phone or my emails. Such a shame as I've used these conference apps before and they can be really powerful.
