Newest version rocks Love the new update. Before it, I found it completely unusable. Still needs to upgrade quality of camera feed.
Maintenance? Down for 2 days now... Customer service basically told me to eat a d!©% ... They refuse to credit me anything back... Supervisor told me to keep checking back and that's all the credit I was going to receive. Unacceptable.
You didn't help me and put me in danger premium support! You were a paid for premium app when my home. Help changed my password on a Friday that some haters would b in my small town. She reached in front of me as I went to enter my new pw. Then she left w/o a word and ignored my ph calls all weekend.when I called u 2 help change it, I was given a "ticket"#! I didn't hv access to my 4 cams and 4 all I knew they were viewing me thru MY OWN CMS N WIFI! Just who is it premium app supporting???? Had to quit using then changed it n WiFi n all pw(s). Myself! THANKS!
website down due to maintenance again? ? I understand a website being down for maintenance.. but 5 days now is unacceptable, especially if this is an app that's supposed to monitor your home, work or office. It would be nice to get an alert by vuezone, some communication. In all honesty I'm fed up with this monitoring system.. wayyyy too many problems.
Stacey L. Have had VueZone for a year now, and the recent issue of not being able to capture or view video/snapshots is the first problem I've dealt with! When motion was detected, I still got e-mailed and was able to view live feed (unless site was down for maintenance)! Being divorced and living by myself for the first time in years, I have a sense of security being able to check my apartment and my animals! I love this system and would recommend it!
Down, down, down Too late if you already bought the cameras, but Netgear does not have their sheet together on this. Couldn't access security video for 10 days (!), now site is down for maintenance and has been for hours. Only thing that seems to work are their requests for me to renew my service. F-ed up.
Needs a complete make over. This company just cannot seem to get this project of theirs to work properly. They should start by getting rid of the entire tech support team and start with a more competent crew that does not read from a teleprompter. When you log onto the app, it does not open but tells you "No cameras found." Called for tech support and spent 45 min on the phone trying to get through to the right person that handles VueZone. Time to go to electronics store and buy a different brand.
