The app keeps on crashing for performing any activity like go to notification screen and press back button, boom app crashes similar for all other back buttons and few other I can't describe all scenario.

I'm currently outside the country, my account got blocked, I complained to problem resolution that my account is having issues and I'm outside the country. They just told me it's blocked and visit branch, I Specifically told him I'm outside the country, these banks offer below minimum support, very frustrated. Also tried the what's app of helpline number, person there told me he can't help me on this channel. How pathetic. All the channels are available to make the life difficult for customers.
