After the latest update, I’ve encountered two major issues with the app: 1. NFC Payments Disabled: The NFC payment feature no longer works, which was the primary use of my credit card. I'm unsure if the card is still necessary now that this feature is disabled. 2. App Crashes: The app keeps crashing on my phone, making it difficult to use.

For the past weeks, I’ve been unable to complete online transactions through the app. After entering the OTP, I always get an error saying, "Transaction not allowed." I’ve contacted support 6–7 times, and they keep saying my channels were blocked but have been unblocked and the issue is resolved. Despite this, the problem persists. I’ve gone through this process three times, and it’s extremely frustrating.

I am pretty happy with the app, like the security layers and design, but for months, I have been unable to add new beneficiaries. The app sends OTP but when I tap on the field to enter the code, the tap is not registered and I can't type the code. Do note that my sim is not connected to a smart phone, hence I can't receive OTPs on the smartphone. For this reason, I have been doing my transfers using other banks.
