It's been really bad in all different aspects . The system did work at one time in two other vehicles. I have moved the system and the auto dealership helped to get it installed properly. AVAS support is atrocious at getting anything done. I have reached out many times with maybe an answer, but can never speak to anyone. The GPS is never accurate, and the vehicle could be somewhere else and still showing that it's parked in my garage. I would rate a zero at this point. Go with ONSTAR !!

When it works, it is cool to use. But very buggy. When i log un, it doesn't always show where my car is. And the find location button goes away. Map shows up in a place in Africa. Edit: Changed from 2 to 1 star. Now I am getting 4 emails when I actually do leave a zone. But I am also getting alert emails on the days I don't drive my vehicle.

It used to work at first, GPS always slightly off, looks like you're driving in the field by the road, ect... No big deal. Now it's all over the place. My car will show as being home while it is out at the store. No trace of it being started or driven. Sometimes it shows up but the time stamp is off, and it won't show until hours later. very frustrating.
