I've had this app for weeks and it has not once completed a scan, most certainly not in "a few minutes". And it keeps harassing me to scan my own, totally secure network. The only progress it's made since the last time I'd uninstalled it is that it's not bogging my tablet down. Try again Avast. Uninstalling a second time. I'll try again in a couple more years 😅

Hey Monica, we are very sorry to hear about your negative experience. This really sounds unusual to me though. Normally our app has no issues with finishing the scan. If that isn't your case, please reach out at android@avast.com. We would really like to investigate it. David

Since the last two download updates I keep getting warning my wifi is not secure. Possible TLS/SSL problems. Man in the middle issues. Use VPN before using for passwords, etc. Well it does this on every wifi i try to connect to. My cousins, friends, ect. Cannot believe every wifi is a problem. Think avast has a problem. Spent almost 3 hours with cable company. They could not find a wifi issue.

3 devices, caught one virus on ok be so far. This is a very hard one. They went into Windows feature power support, changed all my settings to come in legitimately. I changed it back, they withdrew, I'm scanning now. I think they took their tools off and are dormant. They will try again maybe. I hope not. Three days I've been at this until I downloaded avast. I need more help maybe. If you want to pull up the information on these devices and help me get rid of this, I would appreciate it!
