This is the future of sharing beta for mountaineering, backcountry skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, biking, kayaking, you name it. If it's an outdoor activity and you want to share your trips, incidents, photos, "need-to-know at this specific location" info, this is the tool for that. Rangers, avalanche centers, public land agencies, outdoor enthusiasts, conservation groups - this is your two-way public communication, trip planning, and (soon) field decision making assistance tool. Download it, learn it, share it, embrace it.
Really poor UI.
It's okay, when will the android versions get the 3d flyover functionality of the ios versions?
Could be good... Maybe. Really not a polished product. Can't add information on the desktop, which is really annoying as you usually don't have cell connection in the backcountry.
Feel like the Web interface and this are at odds with eachother. Some of the "pro"/pay features are silly. Free on one platform. Pay wall on the other. You want adoption? Bar for entry should be low. 60 $ a year is a bit much for the recreational / casual user.
