Ratings and reviews

Login is cumbersome, and often takes me to a home loan application I don't want, and can't see an option to escape to the main menu. Notification control seems to be all or nothing, so I choose nothing as I don't want daily notifications asking me to upgrade my card to pay more interest. The app doesn't understand no means no. Account balance information seems to usually be about a day behind. I'd prefer to use a very large screen on the web.

They approved me when no one else would. Used the money to pay off high interest credit card debt. I chose the 10 year fixed rate payment plan - interest rates may rise but your payment won't. So far so good, everything is exactly as they said and I've had zero issues with the app. To top it off, I'm saving a huge amount of money every month verses the payments I previously had before getting the Aven loan. This is a stand up company that really helped me lower my bills. Highly recommended!

Love the App! Love the product! It's insane how easy it was. Left 1 star review to get your attention, the constant push notification on "click here to return to app" is aggressive and annoying! I couldn't even clear it until I turned off notifications completely and then force closed the app. This bug is big enough that I wouldn't keep your app on my phone of it shows up again. I'll just simple be a browser only customer. Will update review if the bug is ever fixed
