This app has really gone downhill. For the past couple of weeks I am constantly getting DNS errors. When I pause the VPN, the page loads perfectly. It happens whether I am on mobile data, public Wifi, or home/work secure WiFi. Edit: it's gotten worse so I had to drop my stars. I'm disappointed because I have used this app for years and it always faithfully ran in the background doing its job. Edit 2: after three resets in the last hour, I'm checking out NordVPN

Sub par service, find it difficult to believe I will continue with this vpn any further. Constantly disconnects, app does not respond, "always on" is anything but that, as it is currently in the off position, despite being set to always on; when I try to turn it on again there is no response, as if frozen. Very unimpressed and dissapointed that I renewed.

Always seem to have to monkey around with the connection settings. Plus because of the problems between the VPN and Subscription issues since Avast bought them out, I keep getting dinged on subscription prices. Just give me a VPN for all my devices, plus the same for AVG Ultimate. I never had all these problems when AVG ran the company. 😡😡 Not happy and if it continues, I'm gone. I'm sure they won't care just like the rest of the Too Big Corporate world. Demoted my stars from a 5 to 3 stars.
