I have used avg for years and have rated it highly many times across many accounts. I can no longer recommend anything avg. it took 30 minutes for the app to scan and clean my phone once AFTER watching the same 30 second ad 7 times in a row just to start that 30 minute clean up. this app is no longer worth the effort whether free or not. it has become all about the almighty dollar instead of reliable anti-virus. Will rate better when app is better.

AVG - NO, I will NOT call you regarding this issue! They made it even harder to use! Instead of setting up a cleaning and letting it run, you now have to enter a choice for Every. Single. App. Why??

Too many notifications and unnecessary requests to upgrade and pay more, and more. UPDATE. I paid for the app. I selected 'no' to some excessive and intrusive requests, but the app continues to ask me for more permissions to gain access. At some point, the app should recognize this and stop requesting additional access and notifications. It is already working in the background. Stay in the background and refrain from constantly seeking affirmation and perspective. I am canceling the membership
