AviaSchoolPay is a school management and monitoring application for middle and high schools. It connects schools, administrative staff, teachers, parents, and students within a secure platform.

Each user only has access to the features relevant to their role: parent, student, teacher, staff member, accountant, principal, or other authorized personnel.

• View each child's academic progress.

• Communicate with the school using the integrated messaging system.

FOR STUDENTS

• View grades and academic results.

• Communicate with authorized contacts within the institution.

FOR TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS

• Take attendance and track attendance.

• Use QR code attendance tracking when enabled by the institution.

• View classes and timetables.

• Import grade reports by photo when this feature is available.

SCHOOL PAYMENTS

Payments are for actual school services and are made to the institution via the available payment methods, including Wave or mobile money. AviaSchoolPay does not sell any digital content within the application.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• Secure login based on user profile.

• Encrypted data exchange during transmission.

• Location data used only during authorized check-in.

• No public location tracking.

• No advertising.

• Reporting and blocking tools in the messaging system.
