Nice optimizing app
I loved it at first but immediately started bombarding me in effort to get me to upgrade. Would have been nice too have a trial period without pressure. Also there are too many separate apps it's confusing and made my PC run slow.
Believing that upgrading to Avast Antivirus Pro would include all the bells and whistles, I purchased the upgrade. After installation, Avast informed me that for another small payment, I would receive important components. So, I paid the small fee. After installing that component, Avast invited me to use another important function. I opened the function and the damn app took control of my passwords, but then demanded I pay another fee. I'm occasionally naive, but I will never recommend Avast. On the other hand, Avira does not use constant pop-up windows to harass you into buying poorly defined functions. Indeed, Avira includes several functions free of charge.
I just love that it stops your phone from over charging and let's you stop apps from draining your battery and running in the background.
Very pleased to be using Avira on my Transformer Tablet , and my Cell Phone , Very Pleased Was A Regular Avira user all through the Win XP and Vista days , even got a free 6 month premium subscription for being a beta tester back then...then went off with Avast in Windows and Mac , and have come full circle back to Avira and Very Pleasedl --
Every time the charger cable wiggles, the optimizer window pops up to block your view. It requires aggressive and repeated swiping to remove it. Is it worth the frustration? No!
