Ratings and reviews

The app looks good and is usable but it feels it's playing games with the prices sometimes. Full price at the list of cars please. Also not clear if the codes provided have an impact or not. you have to guess and try with and without. But what takes the prize on customer love: I had to extend car return by an hour due to flight delay, app plays along with the final confirm button saying "it may incur additional charges". In other words, agree to being charged whatever I tell you after you agree.

App is super buggy. It randomly loses my rental (that I can see on the website / when clicking on the text message to choose a car). Moreover Avis asked us to choose a car for our upcoming rental but then released our reservation because 2h have passed since choosing the car (but not from the booking start!). -- Edit: app got worse with the recent rewrite. almost nothing works on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

buggy af, changes prices for no apparent reason, doesn'talways show the correctfinal cost on the last booking page, doesn't process a reservation because "something went wrong", doesn't always acknowledge the free day redemption right away, shows 2 options that are the same for "book now" instead of just 1 "book now" option or "book now" and "best for flexibility" for some car options.
