Absolutely bad service. The Rear parcel shelf (Hutablage) was missing when I picked up the car. I didn't even notice this when picking up the car (and it was contactless pickup). When returning it, Avis charged for the missing part. Apparantly they expect their customers to check if every part of the car is missing when picking up the car and report it. Otherwise they make their customers pay for it. Will never rent from them again.

Not impressed. Seems as if very little QA was done on the app if you click "view booking" and you are being asked to manually provide all the details again (this is AFTER logging into my account). Could not really test much from that point on so will stick to good old paperwork for the time being. If I need to tell the app all these details it should pick up from my account, I may as well not use it at all and actually save some time. Disappointing.

So far I have been unable to use the app. I have entered all of my details but when I reach the Terms and Conditions page, I cannot proceed as I get the error "sorry, something went wrong..." whether I select accept or decline. Until I can pass this point the app is totally useless. I have tried uninstall/reinstalling to no end. Avis please help.
