my upcoming reservations don't show up. I can search for them, but then I need the unique booking reference. Defeats the purpose of having the app if I have to log into my emails to get that anyway. at the moment, two calls to Customer support have led me to the same person who has no capability to do tech support. I'm on another number and have been on hold for 26 minutes and counting at this point

I gave this app a scathing review in 2019 - I changed this recently as its been going great. however, I just realised that everything has been going great as I've been using my work phone which is an Apple. Since trying to book again on my Android all the same old issues came back. 5 times I got to the pay button and it just didnt work. wasted 1h on this. then tried it on my iphone and it went through immediately. developers - please please note your Pay system in android is totally broken.

An App that wastes time ! I did not rent the car directly from Avis. The app does not retain my booking reference, so I have to look it up from the email (from Avis !) and copy/paste it to the app every time I use the App. Pathetic !
