It's OK, needs a bit more work It's fun trying to beat the app, and it works well enough when it gets any GPS signal. This doesn't always happen, though, in which case it just discards the data. Very hard to make it happy with smooth acceleration and brakes, I have never driven so slow in my life and it wants more. Oh well , the things we do for a good discount.
Overall very easy and simple to use. When you first start using it it auto records so I had to turn that off as I'm not the only one who drives my car. It crashed once on me not recording my drive but that's likely because my phone lost signal. It really helped lower my insurance and didn't take much effort to use.
Would definitely recommend anyone uses this app before renewing their insurance! I've just managed to save a LOT of money just by having a app run on my phone on my normal every day journeys! Its super easy to use and doesn't use a lot of mobile data. I will be using it again next year!
It is simple to use, has an automatic function and can save you money. It is great for logging journeys and spotting traffic on certain roads at certain times and informative about how long I spend driving. Also within 2 days I have already got 2 badges for my driving which felt good. Last year I saved a lot using the app and hope this year to save too. It is great saving and a great way to see what your driving is like.
Quite pleased,very easy to use It never crashed yet, unlike other reviewers, but I have used it in full signal London, suburbs and Essex. The only thing I am not happy with is the fact that I had to change phone twice,and I cannot transfer my excellent record and earned badges, I have to start from scratch again. It would be great, as most apps offer, to create username and password,so I could carry my data through different phones.I enter the same email address each time, but the app is not geared up to recall my previous journeys and badges. I do it for fun as I am tied up with Sainsbury until Nov, but will gladly move to Aviva at the soonest possible.
AVOID-BIG CON Worked flawlessly After 200 miles will not give me a score. Complained to Aviva as I'm an existing customer. Got nowhere, just like spending all day on hold when I needed to claim following an accident. I've switched insurers now, they are as terrible as when they were Norwich Union. Perhaps they will change there name again Shop around I got better all round deal with high Street brand.
Fixed a problem where reviewed journeys were occasionally skipped, and had to be reviewed again.
