Very good app and easy to use. 5 stars for the app. but 0 star for whoever updates the stock. Most items are out of stock which is frustrating. But when you visit the branch they have it all. I don't really understand why would they even have out of stock skin care products that are available at the actual branches. What is the idea behind it, we might never know.

if there was a zero star rate i will give it to this app very disappointed and annoyed with the service and the delivery and just a question why do you let me fell in all the details of my location if you are gonna call me back to ask about it again it's unnecessary i will never recommend it to anyone and after i submit this feedback i am gonna uninstall this useless app

Unfortunayly the Bransh of el Dahar Nasr Road - Hurghada try to do the best that I don ' t use the Ezaby online application because of unable to follows my order properly online and not good organisation ,but its not up to them If I use the application or not and I will speak with the big Manager of Cairo about it and they have not any rights to direct me if I use the application or not!!!!!.Its totally unacceptable and this issue have to be resolved as soon as possible .
