I wrote manufacturers of wifi bulbs for help, advice, unfortunately unanswered, so I write the experience here: More than three years I use awox striimlight wifi color in bathrooms, no problem. 19.09.2018, the software update for both bulbs and android software has been released. Since then, I can not connect to a home network with a bulb, and the Internet works the same way. It can not even connect over the phone and make a new setting, the reset button does not work on the bulb. Please, can you help me? Thank you. Miroslav

Dear customer,
can you confirm your bulb has been upgraded to 18.08.4 version ?
If not, it means it is not connected to the internet because the upgrade is automatic ...
And after the upgrade, it stays connected to the same wifi network.
