Has been years since I last left Stashaway due to its highest fee among all competitors, recently I returned to give ETF Explorer a try. After two months, my account is suddenly locked from deposit and withdrawal without any notification or explanation. The only transactions I had were 2 SRS deposits, one for each month. Raised my doubt against the platform. The customer service is not instant, and I understand from others with similar experience it will take about a day for any response.

best app for investing. I am using this app for 3 years now and with any any issues or clarification the service is quick to reply on whats app and solve the issue.

It's so hard to get the OTP. Always the same issue keep persisting. So many times already contact the customer service with the same OTP issue. I want to withdraw all my money and go invest to gold instead
