Ratings and reviews

The latest update cause the app not able to login at all. I have to clear BOTH Storage and Cache in order to login again. Since there is no web interface to login and perform our buy sell trade this is cause for panic. Other broker apps I have do not have such feature upon new updates. Suggest the tech team to be more competent and careful in every new release. Customers have monies inside and such behavior made them think if put in more monies and later cannot access how?

Easy to use, with very low fees. You don’t need to be a financial expert, as they’ve highlighted a selection of interesting ETFs and portfolios to invest in, so you won’t get lost among too many complicated choices. Keep in mind that there are many USD-denominated options and only a few SGD-denominated ones. Choose carefully based on your preference. The staff is very responsive. I made a few requests and they quickly implemented solutions accordingly.

It's so hard to get the OTP. Always the same issue keep persisting. So many times already contact the customer service with the same OTP issue. I want to withdraw all my money and go invest to gold instead
