Ratings and reviews

Generally pretty good although the input of the security code every time you want to do something is annoying, but they stopped it working for updates that were supposed to finish the 3rd January. It's now the 7th and it's still not working. For a bank that doesn't have outlets everywhere it's not great service. Especially with the inconvenience of having to remember new customer numbers etc.

One of the worst apps I've ever had the displeasure of using. The UX of this app is like ours been cobbled together out of old parts. Let's take an example ... I have a savings account and I want to transfer some money into my current. How do I do this? I can't go into my savings account and find a button like 'transfer', no, I have to go all about, clicking lots of buttons and then finally when I get to the screen there is no indication of my current balance! Now how do I close my account?

Reply... I HAVE uploaded the most recent version. No difference. I want to know if I have spent more than 900 euros in Three months. This is an essential function. I note that updating the app resulted in TWO app shortcuts, each shows different information. You do not reply in English, bump this up to your management as I AM going to lodge a formal complaint.. Useless app, Very poor support. Giving AXA a bad name. Fix it.
