just started day 1 and it's a fine app with good kettlebell workouts, so far so good. Gotta continuously shock the muscles with new movements so as long as the developers vary exercises so it's not monotonous and boring with the " same ole exercises " I think it'll work fine! Edit: I don't see intermediate level or advanced so I may have to update my review. I'm hoping they answer me email. Need advanced!!!!!! I sooooo wanna give 5 stars but they need advanced and more plans! All else phenom!!

Meh, it looks decent if you are already familiar with using kettlebells. I'm new to bells and want something to show proper form to avoid injuries. This anit that. It just lists which exercises to do and how many reps. Nothing on proper form. I've been weight lifting long enough to know that proper form is extremely important. I can not refer this app to anyone who is not familiar with kettlebell exercises.

I'd been looking for a home work out solution, I have very little spare time or space. I use this app and a adjustable kettlebell, so far the combination is working well. I use the full body 3 day workout about 30 to 40 minutes with noticeable results! cost me £10 as only 1 kettlebell I'm happy would like to see some more exercises for 5 * like Russian twists and suitcase carry added and really needs a single version of floor fly, but if you half the weight you use the stats come out right
