My favourite running trainer so far. Runs seamlessly in the background and does not stop the workout if you are accessing other apps at the same time (e.g. Spotify). The only thing I'd add is a voice notification when you reach the middle of the run. Otherwise 5/5
I started with this app and really enjoyed it. The only problem is that whenever I get a message through to my phone my workout gets canceled and I have to start again! I don't even have to pick up the message or the phone call, it just caves straight away. As far as I can tell, the only way to stop this is to pay for it!
Free version provides plan, interval timer, pedometer, schedule and notifications. For those worried about privacy, tap the person icon to locate your profile. Then tap the padlock icon to set your account to private so other users cannot view your personal info. Only downside is it does not truly train for 5k. It is a duration program rather than a distance program.
Everything works perfectly a part from the progress section (what you need to pay for!) in this section you see a awful plot, showing a line without telling you what parameter is being shown ! Is the distance? Does it show calories? (hint: it shows minutes you ran :/ ) not considering this certain problrm, the app deserves 5 stars.
It's very realistic for people who haven't jogged in years. It's not a work out that strains your body. They have great steps that you can take at your own pace. You feel great without having to feel super sore and exhausted.
Simple. Tells me when to run and when to walk. Speaks over Pandora so I can listen to music but still hear the prompts. Had sped up my mile time.
