I have mine setup to do a different workout (there are many) every hour. I also like that I can add my own exercises, the calorie burn estimate and the backup to the cloud. A suggestion would be the ability to set the same time for the whole week (maybe a checkbox at the top of the time settings window) so as not to have to click through each day on every single exercise. It would also be nice if the routines let you enter your max, then adjusted each set down in reps like the individual workouts do.

Perfect , it encourages to start small and progress , i did the simplest push-up exercise, and i can already feel it's got so easy in the last reps
