It's OK. Just wondering how you differentiate between AM and PM in the reminder. My notification went off at 5:30 this morning! Other than that, it gets the job done. Could be more modern but nuts and bolts it does the job.
I have mine setup to do a different workout (there are many) every hour. I also like that I can add my own exercises, the calorie burn estimate and the backup to the cloud. A suggestion would be the ability to set the same time for the whole week (maybe a checkbox at the top of the time settings window) so as not to have to click through each day on every single exercise. It would also be nice if the routines let you enter your max, then adjusted each set down in reps like the individual workouts do.

Really like this app I use it three times a week and my numbers have steadily grown. Really motivates me to keep going.
Like how I can make my own little workouts. Progress tracker is a nice touch as well.
