Very easy to use, easy to navigate, but very difficult to log in, automatically logs out, doesn't show the train direction for standard class, doesn't show genders of the booked sits.

It used to be very good, & the interface is still very good looking & simple to use, but nowadays payment only works about 60% of the time. It is very frustrating but still usually works better than the website for me.

The app crashes everytime I try to get pass the insurance suggestion page. says transaction incomplete. Sometimes it goes as far as credit card payment details and fails there
