CheckFlam allows you to check the sizing of your chimney for heaters:
- stoves
- inserts
- open fireplaces
The premium subscription available for purchase in the application provides access to more the following devices:
- wood logs boilers, wood pellets, gas and oil
CheckFlam based on recognized abacuses (Rules of Art Grenelle Environment - March 2014) supplemented with calculations using a reference tool (Cheminées software) developed for the CSTB, especially for frying open granules and chimneys.
The parameters taken into account in the design are:
- the type of device
- his power
- the type of flue, its diameter and length
- the diameter of the connecting conduit
CheckFlam also gives the minimum air supply section corresponding to the installation.
