I like the app but I think there's just too much on screen. I think a more simple or sleek app design could be better. Clicking onto the app brings everything up but I don't want to see a page full of articles. I think moving them to an articles tab or something to clean up the screen could be cool. I would also like to view how much is in my savings and checkings without having to click on total. All-in-All it's a good app though.

I used to love this app. After the update, I'm not longer able to use my fingerprint to sign in. I've tried to change it to allow it in my settings several times. I'll toggle it on for the biometrics and it asks for my fingerprint then it toggles it back off every single time. Plus it doesn't update deposits on the home screen anymore. PLEASE fix because I'm to the point where I'm ready to close out my account. Edited: I have the most up to date version. I did not have issues until I updated it

Extremely frustrating app for an extremely frustrating bank. I hoped they would update but the new app is even worse. Slow and unintuitive. Balances take forever to update after the app is opened, and they took away the ability to search transactions! Some buttons change color when you tap them and some don't, leading to multiple taps and unwanted actions, or waiting forever before realizing you didn't tap precisely enough. Randomly (like right now) my accounts disappear and I can't do ANYTHING.
