Ratings and reviews

This app is junk. Frequently erases/loses password info. I'm not allowed to split tickets when scanning in at venues. It's unfortunate that my sporting team requires is to use this app. Most disturbing issue is that the app won't allow a rating of less than 3 stars. You can rate it less than 3 stars from within the Play Store, but when you get a pop-up from within the app asking for a rating, it won't allow anything under 3 stars. I suspect this is because they know their app is garbage.

Ever since it was updated I get logged out a lot more often and I haven't been able to transfer any $ to my account from tickets I've sold through the App. I have to log in onto a web page to do the transaction and it's very frustrating. Especially because sometimes it shows a balance and others it doesn't, very inconsistent.

Constant problems where it will not log in or open causing delays getting into events. If you get in tickets dont always show up. Latest updates made it even worse. App also ses to only sign in and work when on WIFI not cellular network. App used to stay logged in once you went through the above Hassel and now it doesn't. Meaning more time trying to get into app for tickets while in line entering events. Other ticket apps have less issues.
