Ratings and reviews

For a ticket/events app, this is lacking. There's no add to calendar support. There's no digital wallet support. Tickets take a long time to show up in the app after purchase. The tickets don't show the address of the venue and the link to get directions is hidden behind the tickets. I stumbled on it by accident as there's no indication you can even go behind the tickets. Really awful user experience.

This app is so poorly constructed and the UI is awful. Makes me never want to go to a concert again. If you enjoy having an account created for you automatically just so you can change the password just so you can then be asked to verify the email address you just used to change the password maybe it will work for you tho. Just genuinely clumsy and useless.

I've tried for over a month now to order tickets to a particular show. Tickets are shown as available, and transaction is declined every time. I've tried all credit cards, PayPal, two different AXS accounts, multiple browsers and the app, and the answer is always "there was a problem with your credit card transaction". ALSO two support tickets and no response to either one. I have zero problems anywhere else. AXS is an exercise in frustration and futility.
