The worst app I have seen in a long time. It's required for accessing digital concert tickets. There's no way to get around it if you don't want to pay an extra fee for paper tickets. It requires you to triple authenticate your account on login. No way to download your tickets to your phone wallet for offline use. It's lazy design that puts the work of "account security" on the user when it should be the responsibility of the ticket outfitter.

Annoyingly broken. Unfortunately these are the best people to get tickets from, put the app is awful. Constantly will show you multiple listings for the same show that take you to the same page. Will reset sporadically while you're trying to buy tickets. The worst of all, it will never keep you logged in for more than 20 minutes. It just won't. Heaven forbid it unlogged you after you got to the venue and there's no service.
