When I click log in, it flashes and goes back to a blank log in page. On both my iPad and my phone I've never been able to sign in

THIS APP IS A WAIST OF TIME!. NEED TO GET THE OLD APP BACK, ASAP. BECAUSE, THE OLD APP WORK JUST FIND AND PATIENTS CAN SIGN SCHEDULE WITH NO PROBLEMS. IT'S TO MUCH ISSUES WITH SIGN IN & OTHER BIG ISSUES; WITH THIS NEW UPDATE. (STOP WITH THE UPDATES BECAUSE IT'S CAUSING TO MUCH PROBLEMS FOR EVERYBODY. PLEASE! PLEASE, GO BACK WITH THE OLD APP. Poor customer service. They have been working on that computer glitch which prevents my patients from signing my visit for a week now but still haven't resolved. I called customer service, told me to just buy iphone because iphone don't have problems. 😐 No wonder this software gets more 1 star (poorest rating) than any other rating on the app store. I have used many diiferent home health apps and this is probably one of the worst.
With the new update I am unable to access my visits and have my patients sign.
