When it wants to work it works fine but when it doesn't it boots you out every time and then you have to go back and sign in again. To fill out the skills assessment was so tricky as well as sending it to Ava recruiters. find their email and send it to them directly because it won't let you on the app.

this app has the potential to be great however, as far as I can tell only those who are in the eastern time zone use this app. those of us in the middle or west coast have no available options. anything I found relevant to my experience is on the other side of the country and the listing doesn't say wether the position is remote. im going to guess that this app doesn't go beyond the eastern time zone.

Thank you for your feedback. Aya has the most jobs available in the industry, but for some specialties and professions, jobs can be competitive. You can talk to your recruiter to have them recommend jobs in your desired region, or filter your search in the app by location and save your search to get notified when jobs in that region open up!

this app is infuriating. half the time it says no internet, when there's absolutely internet connection. I'm currently WATCHING YOUTUBE and it still says no internet. can't sign my contract. also not any link to dayforce on the app. just NOTHING, zero acknowledgement of payroll ... which I the entire point of your existence. when searching jobs, no start date is shown unless you pull the whole listing up, then it ruins your search results when you back up. .verall it's a garbage app
