So far so good, with update The app installed and opened with no trouble. I already knew about the 2 folder limit, which is fine for now. That's plenty to evaluate it to see if I want to go pro. UPDATE: I've used this handy little tool for a few months now, and it really is terrific. No muss no fuss, no pop-up ads, just a cool little organization tool. I am just now adding a 2nd folder, so time will tell if I find a reason compelling enough to buy the unlimited version. Probably will. Very good job, my hat's off to the developer!
Looks can be deceiving I downloaded the app and had it all nice and set the way I wanted my folder to look but there's no "Save" button. I looked everywhere. Finally I decided, maybe it saves itself. So I go back to my home screen only to see EMPTY folder. If someone could tell me how to preserve my set up, I'd love to use this widget. You can send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org Thanks!
Not a full review... I've literally only just started using app folder to apply some organisation to my home screen. Unfortunately it will only allow me two folders in the free version, so not that organised! £1.99 seems a little steep so soon and for something quite so simple, 99p and I wouldn't even think about it!!!
Unstable and glitchy Have used this for a couple of weeks now in the hope that a glitch would stop. It doesn't. On a regular basis it glitches and loses all the apps you have put in there. Just becomes a blank box and you have to refill it. Given the entire purpose of this app is convenience that rather defeats its purpose. Don't waste your time.
App Folder widget It's Ok nothing to brag home about. Only issue I got with it is every time i have to turn off my phone after the scanning is complete the folder won't show any apps in the folder until u click on it to open it then u have to go into the settings n resave everything. Please fix
Pretty Good Looks nice. Couple of complaints but maybe I've not figured it out. If I do, I'll up the rating - "Save" isn't obvious after you pick what you want in the folder. Backing out seems to work. The folder title has to be pretty short. Last, no way to drag more apps into the folder and when I try to edit that doesn't work.
Changes in version 1.23
- changed to close window when outside of the folder is touched
- removed 'How To Use' page as many devices have different ways of adding a widget
Changes in version 1.22
- extended the folder size (each folder can contain up to 20 apps)
