Just downloaded and looked at NYC harbor and no AIS contacts showed in the area or anywhere else. I browsed the comments and one guy said the app is no longer supported. Somehow, I can't give it zero stars, but that seems to be its current value.

I decompiled this app as it looked very like the one from Vesselfinder, and yes, the so-called 'developer' has just ripped-off the Vesselfinder app, re-skinned it, included his own rubbish ship icons, and hoped to get some ad revenue on the back of other peoples work. Ignore this app and try the Vesselfinder one.

I've been using this app for over a year now. Excellent, Simple To Use, Good Information, Nice Graphics, Perfect! (Stopped working for a while but with the latest update it is working again.)
