Obviously a unique resource that's bound to get better and better. At a time of widespread coral bleaching, hope aquarists use it to avoid stocking their tanks with vulnerable wild reef fish that are better off left where they are.
So, I looked this app over and it's a great idea. However they are missing a lot of common fish found in stores. Like Midas Blennys and Engineer Gobys. Both of which I have. They also don't mention many wrasses either. A work in progress I'm sure, but a long way to go still to be of use to an actual hobbiest, but for newbies to the hobby it will help. Unfortunately, the fish that are most incredible looking are of course the Bad Ones.
Remember to swipe to gain information instead of using the obvious menu listed in the upper left that has nothing but broken links. Beautiful graphics. Crap technology.
Great tool for aquarium owners who care about where their fish come from and want to enjoy these beautiful creatures without supporting destructive practices that threaten fish life around the world
